On my flat hunt today, I came across an interesting case:
The ad explicitly asked for a future male flat mate seeing as there are already two living there.
I have lived with two Spanish dudes in Valladolid and lived to tell the tale, so I write and ask if a female companion is within the realms of possibility.
And this is the answer:
Sorry the other house partner has objections to females dwelling in the same place, he cannot do that towards his girlfreind in the USofA
